At Nordic Socks UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your socks aren’t the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our hassle-free process ensures that your exchange or refund is handled with the same care we put into our knitting.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any designated local courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
